What is LumiLife?

LumiLife is an Australian platform connecting women in business with trusted professionals who support business growth. From marketing and design through to finance, strategy, operations and coaching, LumiLife brings together a curated ecosystem of experts who understand what it takes to build and run a business.

LumiLife supports two groups:

  • Professionals offering services that support businesses

Yes. LumiLife connects providers and businesses across Australia.

Many providers offer services online, meaning you can work with professionals nationwide, while others offer services locally depending on their location.

LumiLife was created to support women in business and the communities around them. While many providers on the platform are women, the platform focuses on connecting expertise, regardless of gender, that helps women-led businesses grow.

LumiLife is more than a directory. It is a curated ecosystem of professionals supporting women in business. The platform makes it easier to discover trusted expertise, connect with providers and book services directly with professional subscribers.

Finding Support (For Clients)

How do I find the right provider?

You can explore providers by business category, service offering or location, using the Explore Experts page. Each provider profile includes details about their services, experience and approach to help you decide whether they’re the right fit.

Some providers enable LumiLife’s integrated booking system, allowing you to schedule services instantly. Others prefer to manage enquiries through their own websites or booking systems.

If booking is available, you’ll see appointment times and service options directly on the provider’s profile.

You can browse provider profiles and explore the platform without creating an account. If you book a service through LumiLife, you will need to create an account and provide contact details as part of the booking process. Within your account you will find all of the details of your upcoming appointments booked through LumiLife.

You always pay the provider directly for the services they offer.

If the provider uses LumiLife’s booking system, you may be asked to pay a deposit or the full amount at the time of booking, depending on their settings. Payments made through the LumiLife platform are processed securely via Stripe, our trusted payment gateway, and are sent directly to the provider.

Yes. Many LumiLife providers offer services online and work with clients across Australia.

LumiLife helps organise providers by category and expertise to make discovery easier. You can explore profiles, review services and connect with the provider who best aligns with your needs.

Becoming a LumiLife Provider

Who can join LumiLife as a provider?

LumiLife is designed for any women-supportive professionals offering services that assist women in businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals. This includes areas such as marketing, design, finance, consulting, operations, legal services, events, coaching and creative services.

You can join by selecting a membership tier and creating your professional LumiLife profile. Once your profile is published, businesses exploring the platform will be able to discover your services.

A strong provider profile usually includes:

  • A clear description of your services

  • The type of clients you work with

  • Your areas of expertise

  • A professional photo or brand imagery

  • Links to your website or portfolio


Detailed profiles help potential clients understand how you can support them best.

LumiLife helps make it easier for women in business to discover and connect with trusted professionals. Like any professional network, results will vary depending on your services, visibility and engagement with the platform.

LumiLife currently offers three membership tiers for providers:

Discovery Member – Free 30-Day trial, then $29/month. 15% off Annual Discount

Best for professionals who want visibility within the LumiLife network but prefer to manage bookings and enquiries externally. 

Professional Member – Free 30-Day trial, then $59/month. 20% Annual Discount

Best for professionals who want more than just visibility – with the ability to take bookings, receive payments, and stay organised in one place.

Featured Expert – Free 30-Day trial, then $89/month. 25% Annual Discount

Designed for growing businesses, teams or agencies that have multiple team members and/or locations and require advanced booking features, including packages.

LumiLife FAQ (Tier-Specific)

Yes. Members of recognised LumiLife partner networks receive a reduced membership rate for each of the subscription tiers. 

No. LumiLife memberships are month-to-month.

Yes. Many providers start with Discovery and later upgrade to Professional when they want clients to book services directly. Businesses with growing teams often upgrade to Studio/Teams so they can showcase and offer availability for their team members in multiple locations. Coaches offering packages will also upgrade to the Studio/Teams tier to sell multiple sessions in a package.

When you upgrade, new tools and features become available immediately.

Can clients book my services directly through LumiLife?

This depends on your membership tier.

Discovery members manage enquiries externally.

Professional members can enable instant bookings through the LumiLife platform.

Studio/Teams members receive the same booking tools plus advanced booking capabilities.

Instant bookings are available on the Professional and Studio/Teams memberships only.

Discovery members focus on visibility within the LumiLife network and manage enquiries externally.

Yes.

Professional members can create individual services with pricing, duration and availability.

Studio/Teams members can also offer services in multiple locations, service packages, recurring appointments and group bookings.

Yes. Providers using the booking system can define their working hours, create availability schedules and allow clients to book available time slots.

Yes. The booking system can integrate with your google or outlook calendar to help manage availability and avoid scheduling conflicts.

Providers using the booking system can accept payments or collect deposits for services.

Discovery members arrange payments directly with clients outside the platform.

Yes. Providers subscribed to the Professional and Studio/Teams memberships can offer online consultations, virtual meetings or remote services depending on their business model.

Studio/Teams members can offer services across multiple locations or venues.

Studio/Teams memberships allow providers to add multiple staff members or consultants so clients can choose who they would like to work with.

Yes. Advanced booking features available in the Studio/Teams tier allow providers to host group sessions, workshops, classes and promote ticketed events.

What role does LumiLife play in the client relationship?

LumiLife acts as a platform that helps women in business discover and connect with trusted professionals. Services are provided directly by each provider and agreements are managed between the provider and the client.

Yes. LumiLife will feature workshops, events and learning opportunities hosted by providers and partner networks. This feature is coming soon.

Once your profile is published, businesses exploring LumiLife can discover your services immediately. As with any professional network, visibility and client connections tend to grow over time as the platform expands and your profile becomes established.

Providers who maintain clear service descriptions, enable booking features and keep their availability updated often see the strongest engagement.
